Philanthropy
As a nonprofit organization (EIN 26-0417563), we take great pride in our commitment to continually enhance programs and services and improve the well-being of our community. Our mission, to empower underrepresented communities through immigration services, equitable educational opportunities, and social justice, has helped countless people over the last 16+ years.
Our ability to innovate, maintain excellence, and facilitate change is a growing expense that depends largely on philanthropic support from generous individuals, corporations, and foundations – for which we thank you wholeheartedly!
Restricted Funds
Education – Every year children and students benefit from the generous philanthropic support of donors who support our Education Department. Philanthropy is crucial to providing services such as parent education, economic justice, and our renowned Empowerment Fellowship Program for college students.
Immigration – Immigration fuels the Central Valley and the country by increasing the labor force and the productive capacity of the nation. To achieve this, valuable immigration services are necessary. A strategic investment in this work ensures our future efforts will remain strong and continue progressing as the needs of the immigrant community evolve.
Annual Fund
The Annual Fund was established in response to our historic commitment to create long-term sustainability through financial stability and educational opportunity for the residents who call the Central Valley their home. This permanent fund, created under the authority of the Board of Directors, will further the organization’s vision of becoming an inspiring model of service to the community through advocacy, social justice, innovation, and sustainability locally and globally.
Donations to the Annual Fund are used to support the full spectrum of needs and priorities of the Foundation. This powerful fund touches every aspect of our mission with underrepresented communities at the center of our work. When you make a gift to the Annual Fund, you join other philanthropic and generous individuals in helping to transform Central California communities through equitable immigration and education services.

Corporate Giving & Sponsorships
Foundation and Corporate support is paramount to the services and programs we continue to provide. Foundations and Corporations are invited to donate throughout the year, and all gifts will be recognized in our annual impact report following the close of our fiscal year.
We are currently soliciting Foundation and Corporate support for our Winter Soirée, scheduled for January 2024. This inaugural event will be the Foundation’s signature donor event and will highlight the efforts and impact of our Education Department. For a full list of sponsorship opportunities, please check back in August 2024.
