¡Atención a todos los estudiantes universitarios que buscan una valiosa combinación de educación y experiencias profesionales del mundo real! Les presentamos nuestro programa de becas remuneradas, donde pueden integrar sus estudios académicos con participación práctica en varios departamentos y programas dentro de nuestra organización, como administración, inmigración, educación, proyectos especiales, divulgación, organización comunitaria y justicia económica. Bajo la tutoría de dedicados gerentes de departamento, obtendrán información sobre el mundo profesional y colaborarán de manera efectiva dentro de un equipo mientras apoyan a los clientes.
Nuestra beca es una oportunidad por tiempo limitado, ya que cada cohorte abarca un mínimo de tres (3) meses, con la oportunidad de volver a solicitar hasta un máximo de 8 cohortes (un total de 2 años).

2024 FELLOWSHIP AWARD DINNER
In the summer of 2024, the Education & Leadership Foundation hosted a Fellowship Award Dinner to honor the remarkable achievements of its fellows. The event celebrated all participants of the program and featured the presentation of multiple scholarships. Among the highlights was a generous $1,000 scholarship awarded to each attendee by Council Member Miguel Arias.

Tier 1 Fellowship
This tier 1 Fellowship offers participants a stipend to help with their living expenses as students. To qualify for this stipend amount of $5,000 per Cohort, students must complete a minimum of 300 hours per quarter. Additionally, they must complete writing samples and attend the professional development workshop sessions. The stipend is dependent upon the successful completion of the fellowship program requirement.
Tier 2 Fellowship
This tier 2 Fellowship provides a stipend to assist with living expenses. To qualify for the stipend amount of $2,500 per cohort, students in this tier must complete a minimum of 150 hours per quarter. Additionally, they must complete writing samples and attend the professional development workshop sessions. The stipend is dependent upon the successful completion of the fellowship program requirement.
